  • To help students see, in light of Scripture, their responsibility to tell others about the Lord (Mt. 28:18-20).

  • To help students develop a good interpersonal relationship with others (Ro. 12:18).

  • To encourage students to establish a daily routine of personal devotions and prayer (Jas. 5:16b; II Ti. 2:15).

  • To give students a solid academic foundation in the fundamentals of learning, along with Christian training taught from a biblical point of view (Col. 3:16, 17).

  • To help students develop a positive attitude toward learning (Pr. 1:5-7).

  • To assist students in developing skills of reasoning (Ps. 1:2).

  • To assist students in developing communication skills (Col. 4:6).

  • To stimulate aesthetic values (Ex. 28:2, 3; Ps. 19:1, 2).

  • To promote proper physical and social development (Lk. 2:52).
